Instructions:
1.4mm-50mm minimum speed not less than 2800 rpm.
2.All drill bits are fed between 0.6mm-0.8mm per second from 20 holes during use,and after 20 holes according to the actual use,the appropriate seed up, 2mm-4mm glass control to between 0.5mm-0.8mm, 4mm-8mm glass can be between 0.8mm-1.2mm,8mm-9mm glass can be between 1mm-1.5mm, and fastest shall not exceed 1.5mm per second.
3.All drills must be used with water from the centre of the drill with enough water pressure to ensure that the bit is cooled and glass powder is added during use to prevent the bit from being burned due to lack of water or water pressure.
4.The factory's 4mm-40mm non-grinding drills do not need to be sharpened in the process of use after adjusting the optimal speed and feed rate, and can be used up directly.If there is a situation where the drilled hole bursts and is not sharp during the process of use,Φ120-Φ140 white corundum grinding wheels are available to re-open the edge of the hole once and continue to be used.
